The goal of automation of the company's business processes is to reduce material costs of solving operational issues and to ensure standardization and transparency.
For the smooth implementation of a new solution, first of all, it is necessary to study the features of the business process to be automated. Therefore, the first step of ALSECO specialists in the process automation was the audit of the existing IT infrastructure and the stages of the billing process.
At this stage, experts in various fields requested documentation, conducted interviews and inspected the activities of the units onsite. Based on the results of the audit, a strategy was drawn up and a plan was developed to create the IT infrastructure and adjust the developed software package in order to take into account the specifics of the business process in a particular region.
Together with the organization of the IT infrastructure, signing contracts and integration with second-tier banks and utilities providers were initiated in order to create a single billing invoice.
Based on the plan drawn up after the audit, the employees of different departments of ALSECO created a software and hardware complex: selected and purchased the required equipment, customized software, improved instructions and set up the IT infrastructure. At this stage, ALSECO team interacts closely with the employees of the customer company, and also works with contractors performing the associated work.
Another important step in the automation process is the organization of work using new tools and user training. At every step, ALSECO employees provide consulting services in legal, industry and IT areas. As a result, the automation process is performed in the most comfortable way for the end users of the system.
IT outsourcing implies delegation to our Company the solution of issues related to development, implementation and maintenance of information systems, whether entirely at the level of the company's infrastructure (hardware or software maintenance) or the scope of work associated with the development and/or support of the functioning of certain sections of the system (hosting, network access, server administration, etc.)
The IT infrastructure was fully arranged for Astana-SPC LLP. ALSECO's specialists selected, installed and configured equipment, organized user workstations, implemented secure interaction with second-tier banks and protected the access of remote users to software.
Following the principles of simplified maintenance, a virtualization environment based on Hyper-V was implemented, mail server, anti-virus protection and update server (WSUS) were deployed, and backup was configured.
